Some extensions that are locally installed on the client browser might append code into the html editor unknowingly by the user. Some of these extensions like Grammarly can cause the email content to render differently when received by the client. If you are seeing discrepancy in the way your emails look in the inbox (ex: zoomed out), make sure to disable some of the text editing/manipulation extensions on your browser and retry the design process.
